Hubbard Historical Society Open House

During Hubbard's Town days the Hubbard Historical Society open the historical house and the church, that they have recently acquired, displaying historical things from Hubbard's past like the Hoover family items, a school room, and a few of the local churches' history.

They have big plans to design the house from the 1910's-1920's and have many displays in the church.

"Its taken a long time. We've just kept at it. Slowly getting more people and things." Carole Spiehs, President of the Historical Society says, " Hardin County Endowment Fund has been a god send"

It takes many hands to keep history alive. Many residents, business donated family objects. HCCEF has awarded grants to the society as well, allowing them to renovate their buildings.

"Even with Covid it was exciting to watch people support the town and the Society"
