Kenny Newby's BBQ Cook off 2018

Kenny Newby's annual BBQ Cook off at Tar Heel Days back in 2018. Ken Newby was a very beloved person of the community. Everybody new him and new of his 'great big laugh'. He started the BBQ cook off during tar heel days because he loves people and loves to bbq. After his death the Union Betterment association decided to continue the new budding tradition of the BBQ cook off in honor of Ken Newby.
