NOTICE OF PROPOSAL TO DISPOSE OF REAL ESTATE AND PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the City of Union, Iowa, a municipal Corporation located in Hardin County, Iowa, proposes to sell the following described real estate situated in the City of Union, Hardin County

Iowa to wit:

Lots 1 and 2, Block “F”, North Side Addition to Union, Hardin County, shall be set for the 10th day of August, Notice is further hereby given that a Public Hearing will be conducted at the regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Union, Iowa, to be held on the 10th day of August, 2021 at 6:20pm at the City Hall in the City of Union, Iowa, and that after such Public Hearing has been concluded, the City Council of Union, Iowa, will act upon said proposal.
