NOTES: Andy felt bad but he can't continue being a council member.. Mayor thanked him for his time. Also talked to Perry about filling the spot. He wants to talk to Alan first before coming on.

00:05:05 3. Discuss and Action: Future of the Pool

NOTES: If there are volunteers to get it ready, (clean, paint) the pool can open. It is up to the volunteers. Alan and Nate dont have the time to get it ready this year.

To close the pool it could cost up to 8-10 thousand dollars to close it. Can't just fill it with dirt and call it good. Have to remove the concrete and collapse the sides.

A note will be put up around town. IF there are no volunteers then the pool will be closed for the year.

Deadline for volunteers is March 22ed. Deadline to get the pool ready is April 15th.

Clerk called the state and the county Auditor and left a message for both but has not heard back yet.

00:12:05 4. Discuss and Action: Vicious dogs 306 1 st Street

NOTES: Dogs have been running loose but by the time the sheriff comes the dogs are inside. The vicious dogs attacked and killed a pup. The puppy owners are very upset. Puppy owner tried to get the vicious dogs away from the pup but then vicious dogs attacked her. The puppy's other owner came out and the vicious dogs went home. They are never on a leash. The have also gone after John. The vicious dogs owners have been warned many times. The Deputy has cited the vicious dog owners a Dogs at large but its now up to the city.

The town will write up a letter stating the dogs have to leave or be put down. The sheriff will deliver as soon as possible.
