00:00:40 Resident: Comments on Johns trash pile. A Motorhome blocking sidewalk. Where do the letters that the city mail out go to? Property Owner. If blocking the road. Can call for traffic citation. Sheriff can do that but must treat everyone equally. If you do it to one you have to do it to all who do that. Can not single out. Council: Will talk to the property owner.
00:05:00 Resident: Can you drive Semi trucks on side streets? Town: Not sure if there is code on it or not.
00:05:30 Resident: shooting bb guns in town? Town: can't shoot bb guns in town. If seen again call sheriff.

00:14:10 Town Maintenance (John) - Radio reads, still got a few left. Probably be done by next week. Just 3 left. Golf course, School, and Co op.
00:15:20 - Flag pole stuff just in can be in. Moving flag pole? Because when it's at half mast it blows into the building and gets torn up.
00:16:11 - Street and signs - Will start replacing more.
00:16:40 - Park - lots of vandalism. Things being bent and broken. More people around might help. Its been raked and sprayed. Painted, and things replaced where could. Plants were trimmed but the only things left were the dead parts so they were pulled out. Basketball hoop is broken. Temp fixed. Does have a warranty but it does not apply to city parks or vandalism. Got with Jay at heart of iowa about their camera out back.
00:20:40 Broke the sheeting on the shelter. Red jungle gym is tightened and solid. Ready to go. Can be pained. Getting help from BCLUW to get volunteers to help paint the park.
00:23:30 - Burn Pile, Have to shift though stuff. Finishing up sometime next week.
00:25:00 Couple of houses have been condemned by the fire chief. Not sure but once the city condemns a property its up to the city to make it safe. (our code gives property own time to fix it?)
00:27:00 Went to the ditch and cleaned them out. pulled out trees. 28:00 Tractor needs new tires before winter.

00:32:50 Elections are going to happen. Letter from auditor. Allen, Nate are up for election. Want any public voting it must be given to the auditor by 12 noon Spet 17th so it can be put onto the ballot.
00:35:00 Fire Chief Report. Had issues with fires. Burning, mattureces, microwaves. Need to start fining people. Fire dept follows the city code.

NOTES: Resident: Just moved to a farm outside of mtown. When they get some money they will pay the bill off. They are requesting to have the water turn back on. Should be by the end of month. Town: In the past other residents had to pay before getting the water turned on in the past. They will turn it on once the bill is paid.

NOTES: Outreach currently has 12 employees, and is looking to have angle parking on the North Side street. (the colvert near the outreach is broken. needs fixed) The road laws and regulations are on a county level. Last time about this being asked, the road is not wide enough. Possible outcome - Northside be angle parking but no parking on south side?

NOTES: Mayor got a call to put some rock on North Street. Rock from highway 1 block East. This year no funds. Budget is $44,000 a year. No Motion, No action till July.
01:10:40 John asks if he should order a Basketball hoop? Sending letters for nuisance? Got to figure out what they plan on what to do exactly. Got 4900 funds in the park account. Still want to take time before basketball hoop purchase.
